So here's my problem.
A couple of months ago I purchased Fallout 3 Game of the Year edition while I was living in Germany (I no longer live there, I live in Colombia from a couple of months ago). Until now have I had some time to test the game and turns out I got a couple of concerns about it:
Every time I log into the Game, Games for Windows asks me to Update the game to the latest version, I follow trough the process but the game wont show any DLC related content as if the patch was never applied. Far worse, whenever I close and reopen the game, the same prompt for update will launch, never really updating the game.
I come to you because I have failed to find information about this problem at the forums and I've tested it in different computers with the same result.

I understand that the German version of the game differs from the normal one, a fact I did not know when I purchased the game in Germany, now I live outside Germany, is it possible that my German version of the game causes the issue?

Oh BTW how do i figure what version of the game i'm currently running?
