Detect a fire effect spell

Is there a way to detect when a creature is hit by a fire type spell effect?

For example, I have in mind a special nix hound. If you hit it with any fire spell, there's a chance that instead of having nix hound meat on his corpse, he'll have cooked nix hound meat. How would I detect if a fire spell has hit him? I want to avoid checking for fireball, firebite, greater fireball, etc, trying to list anything that deals fire damage...

well if you made it require NEDE full body shader effects, you could potentially make a script to check for that specific effect...just a theory...since they make full body particle effects to better visualize hitting someone with an elemental spell...

Thanks! I knew there was a command, I just couldn't figure out which one.
