Just recently I've found that my character got a permanent water walking effect just when I tried to do a deep dive from kartag point and hit hard on "concrete" water! :S
I've tried the command setwaterwalking 0 in console, I've tried dispel nothing worked! The only way to get underwater is to toggle collision off in the console!! But as soon I toggle it on i resurface instantly standing above water.
I believe that it was during my personal quest of bringing the mudcrab merchant to the confort of vivec's mage guild that all that water walking spells that I've cast on both of us messed something up in the game.
What can I possibly do to remove that annoying effect and bring the regular laws of physics back to my game? :banghead:
