Problems with the NPC creation window

Hello!

I have 2 odd problems that I havn't heard/read about regarding the NPC-creation window in CS.

1) Whenever I open up an NPC to view its stats, inventory, face etc... I'm not able to move this window while its opened, meaning that I cant open 2 of them and placing them so I can see both at the same time (they will be open in front of each other and not moveable).

2) I can't rotate the the face/head in the little render-window, I can zoom, edit etc, but when I hold down the middle mouse buttom to rotate it, it only turns very little and I can never see the sideview because the face will drop out of the view of the render window (it doesn't rotate, it just turn a little).
(I have tested several settings with rotation-speed etc without any luck)

The strange thing is that this also happened on my old PC (Nvidia) while I was creating some NPCs about 2 years ago, (I didn't bother then although the face turn out wierd in-game, when you not was able to see them in sideview in the CS), but now the same thing manifests itself on my new PC (ATI) ?

I been searching the net regarding this problem and it seems I'm pretty alone here.

Would be very greatful if someone could give me a clue what this might be! :wavey:

(I have tested TES-CS1.0, TES-CS 1.2, TES-CS-Extended all with the same result regarding this problem)
