No.

You cannot get an unkillable horse from Jauffre. The prior's paint horse you can get associated with that questline will die quite easily.

At a certain point in the Dark Brotherhood questline, you can get an unkillable horse from a fellow named Lucien.

Do you know any way to increase Blade when low level?

Yes. Blade increases when you hit something that is alive with your blade (not targets, trees or rocks). The more hits the faster it will level up. Therefore, it would behoove you to use a fast hitting weak weapon (like an iron dagger), so each foe gets more hits and your blade levels up faster. You need to moderate this of course by using a weapon that is strong enough to keep you alive in the process.

Said more succinctly, fight alot and avoid uber weapons.

If you want to really maximize your training, learn a summon skeleton spell. Attack the skeleton with your dagger and kill it. Summon it again. This gives you an eternal sparring partner, and trains both your blade and conjuration skills. Just try not to get killed by the skeleton in the process. :wink_smile:
