I'm wanting to use silvers house as my own but the only problem is her bed still being owned even though i've long since bumped her off (she just wouldn't hand over those other 100 caps).
Is there a console command that resets an npc bed?

What a horrible thing to do to poor Silver hmy: I've never been able to do that, even with my evil character.

I don't know if I should help such a vile and despicable character out. But for others I would say

open the console (tilde ~) key, click on the bed, enter the command setownership, then close the console with the tilde key

I need to do that for the common room in Megaton. For some odd reason the beds in that Common House show as owned - a bed bug I guess.

Nice work slipping that in there.
