hey i seen a trailer for a Fallout 4 game is this true ???? if not what does the future hold for the thousands of Fallout users?????? the future dosent look good in the wastelands but lets hope its bright now

Bethesda hasn't announced a new Fallout title. There's a fan-made trailer using the FO3 engine floating around, I suspect you saw that.
