Can't even so much as START playing. ARGH!

So, new PS3, brand-spankin' new copy of New Vegas. No internet connection. No problem with ANY other games.

What happens? I put in the game, internet connection is disabled. It loads up the trophies, tells me the flippin warning about autosave or whatever (I never read it) and press OK. And that's it. NOTHING HAPPENS after that. The screen just STAYS black. It's almost as if it's about to install the game but can't (dunno if I already installed it to this particular PS3).

So what do I do? From what I can tell, there is no Data for New Vegas I can delete or whatever from the PS3 Data Utility. Does it require an Update? I'm taking the game and my PS3 to Gamestop tomorrow to maybe fix the problem. Any other ideas, though? I'm feelin helpless here.

Okay, I may have been a little hasty or just [censored]. I deleted the New Vegas data from the Game Data Utility, which did work. For now, it's actually running...for now.

I know, I've played it before, but I never had THAT particular problem.

I thought I was sitting down to a few hours of New Vegas tonight, boy was I wrong!

Took me an hour of chugging, laggy play to bump into a stupid "companion goes nuts at Lucky 38 and kills another companion" bug, I have to reload my game. Reloads directly into a lag bomb.

New Vegas needs fixed.
