I've been having an issue regarding locks that require 100 lock pick skill. I am level 100 in lock pick but still cant pick the locks. anyone else had this issue?

Sounds fake, but thats because I've never heard of it and it seems like something that would have been solid from release.

Are you using skill magazines to boost your stats but they're running out before you get to the lock and not noticing ?
Go to your Pip-Boy stats and recheck your level.
