Do the DLCs require each other/preceding ones to play? Right now I have the base game. I ask because from what I've gleaned it seems like I will enjoy Honest Hearts and Lonesome Road, but Dead Money and Old World Blues not so much.

(No specific spoilers please. I have a vague idea of what happens in each DLC, but not the details.)

No DLC *requires* another, but LR will make no sense without playing the other three, and OWB will make no sense without playing Dead Money. Another fact is that Lonesome Road introduces 3 Lvl 50 perks and 1 Lvl 40 perk. You'd need two DLCs to get the Lvl 40 one and all 4 DLCs to get any of the Lvl 50 ones.
