FONV: Unmarked Locations

Post » Fri Nov 18, 2011 1:05 pm

So I was replaying FONV the other day after recalling reading on here that there's a crashed UFO north of Horowitz Farmstead if you have the "Wild Wasetland" option, which I do.

I have the Explorer perk but thought it was great that this "unmarked location" existed.

Are there any other people/places that remain hidden from the Explorer Perk in FONV that anyone knows of?

Trying to extract every last drop out of my FONV experience.

Home to a suit of remnants PA waiting for the taking.

North-west of Devil's Throat is a super mutant camp with 2-4 super mutant masters, a weapon repair kit and a hydra on a wooden seat by a campfire. Sometimes 2 NCR Rangers will spawn in the camp and fight the super mutants.

A Wild Wasteland encounter will occur at this camp in which an undetonated Atomic Bomb called The One will be present to the north-north west of the Devil's Throat, only a few paces away.

-There's a Radscorpion Burrow down near Crescent Canyon. Contains a Radscorpion Queen and 4 Prospector Corpses.
-There's a Super Mutant camp near Jack Rabbit Springs. Contains One(1) Super Mutant Master and a bunch of Centaurs.
-Due S of Jacobstown, there's a Cazador Nest with a dead Super Mutant who has a Fat Man.
-Does Chance's Grave count?
-Black Rock Cavern. Actually contains decent loot.
-The alien ship is replaced with a mercenary camp if you do not have Wild Wasteland.

Wow, looks like I'm going to have some fun. I was wondering what the "Wild Wasteland" was all about, but now I finally know. Thank you. :celebration:
