I just finished reading the infernal city and it made me think,"Hmm, there were only human zombies in OB."
I was wondering if theere are any mods that add zombies of the beast races or even creatures.

Yes, there are. Two to my knowledge and one of them is called Zombie Diversity. I have used it and it is pretty good as I recall.
