but i cant get into it do i hae to complete something first or meet someone or something

No, you just have to get there. it is near Primm.

Try dissmissing all companions.

Dismiss your companions, then it should let you enter the Divide.

If you have ANY companions, you'll need to dismiss them, as companions cannot carry over into DLC. That said, if you mean the entrance warning, you don't NEED to be the recommended level, but it's strongly encouraged as it could be a bit difficult for say a level ten player.

But in the Mojave no you do not need to speak to or complete a quest to enter Lonesome Road's entry, just be companionless
