Good topic, bad poll.

Out of all of those, I'd choose the Big Empty, for obvious reasons.

But you should add - Caesar's Legion tents, NCR capitals, Novac, Lucky 38, Scavenger Platform and the countless other places you could use.

I'd go with Lucky 38, after doing it up with bedrooms for each of my companions of course :)
