ok what is the A7 on the ranger combat armor on the New Vegas Ultimate Edition box its not in the game

Maybe they added a few new items in this addition. If that's the case, then I'll definitely buy it.

The Lonesome Road box had a guy with a cowboy hat, but it had no cowboy hat in it. I have a feeling it is just art work.

Uhm, the A7 has always been on the ranger armor in the artwork pre-release. Nothing new and nothing that hints at new items or fantastibilious new stuff in the Ultimate Edition.
