Lorkhan's Trickery, and a few other questions

Post » Fri Nov 18, 2011 5:12 pm

So I have a few questions from reading a few things like http://imperial-library.info/content/facts-and-opinions-nu-hatta-intercept and some other things I didn't particularly understand:
So we all know Lorkhan deceived the Aedra into creating Nirn, the mortal plane - but why? Why would he want to do that?

Also, how did Auriel (or Akatosh, or Alduin) realize he was tricked by Lorkhan? and how, in his weakened state, cause by creating Nirn, did he tear Lorkhan apart, creating Masser and Secunda and getting his heart to the red mountain?

So Akatosh's vessel with which he came back to Nirn for the Convention became Ada-matia. What was the Convention about? and what was the Zero-Stone? Also, time was created when the two first towers created the 'tempo' of time, but then "Akatosh returned to the Mundus, signaling a meeting of the Aedra outside aurbic time." and that was before the first tower was even created. What is Aurbic time? Is Nirn just not affected by it hence why it needed the the two towers first?
How was Arubic time created?
Also, I know that all the spirits left the planet, but the lesser one lost their divinity - would these be the elves? or who?
How could the Aldmer witness these events? Where they those lesser spirits? or where they in Mundus during it's creation?

Also, how could Lorkhan's heart allowed the Mundus to exist without the full presence of the divine?

Not connected with the above topic - why are the Aylieds are not gone?

What is creatia?

Why was White Gold Tower built to reverse the effects of the Construction? and what is the Construction?

Why is Throat of the World, or Snow Throat's apec is "only half there"?

What is the wheel? and why does having 'a wheel within a wheel' a threat? Now if the 'wheel inside a wheel' is used to harvest creatia, what is the purpose of the actual wheel? (if I'm not mistaken Mundus is in the middle, like White Gold Tower right? What's the significance of it being in the middle?)

EDIT: Some other questions:
What is the conspiracy dating back to the Dawntime?
What are the 'previous realities' the Empire is threatened by?
What's Shezzarite?
Also, say we did not destroy Lorkhan's heart during Morrowind, what would happen next? Instead of the Oblivion Crisis that is?

Thanks! If there is a book etc. explaining any of that stuff I would love to read it, but I'm sure you know all that stuff too ::P

Cheers! :D

Read "The Spirit of Nirn," and "The Monomyth" for most of those questions.

As for what happened to the heart, it disappeared. No one knows what happened to it afterwards (unless there's something in the MQ that explains that). But one thing is for sure, it wasn't destroyed, only the enchantments binding it.

Ok I'll read those books, thanks! :)

So, what happened if we did not destroy the enchantments binding it? What if Dagoth Ur was not stopped? I know there would be no Oblivion Crisis, but how bad would it be if Dagoth Ur used the heart to create another 'Numidium'? Would it be worse than the Oblivion Crisis and ultimately Alduin eating the world?

Also, how would Dagoth Ur using the heart to create another tower affect Red Mountain? It would loose its heart anyhow this way... But would another tower using it still keep the barrier between Oblivion and Nirn stable?

Tamriel would be conquered by a giant robot, overcome by magicancer, and mind controlled by their dreams.
