something with allot of green and lot of flowers. something to take a break from the cold skyrim

...like the entire southern third of Skyrim?

And I think the best DLC would be a chance to go the Imperial City.

Imagine a gigantic Imperial City, like, huge. 5x the size of Oblivion's Imperial City, with a lot of detail. The entire DLC would take place in the Imperial City, and you wouldn't be able to leave, maybe on account of a quarantine or something. I just want to a chance to go back to Cyrodiil in Skyrim, and to have a huge urban playground in a TES game, something that hasn't really been done yet.
