Since the Artwork Book included with the Collectors Edition of Skyrim is really good quality and packed with some interesting development information... it dawned on me that i would really like a published book which goes into detail about Elderscrolls Lore and hopefully include artwork, associated stories (keeping within the lore style seen in the pocket guide, included with Oblivion CE)

I would be prepared to pay between ￡30-￡40 for a 400+ pages coffee table (A4) sized hardback or ￡20-￡30 for the same in paperback form

It could of course be a series of books

Also, yes, I would gladly pay a lot for such a book. Maybe ￡50 if it was really good quality, like the Skyrim CE art book.
