How can I get the game I payed for?

Hi all,

I have had this game laying here for awhile now, been trying for awhile now just to install it. Steam seems to be having issues, or I'm having issues, not sure which.
I have created an account with STEAM during the install process, though the games never did seem to get installed. Since I created the account I have not been able to login to that account.
Also, have tried contacting STEAM support, but have not recieved a reply or even any indication that someone has looked at my support ticket.

For background info, I'm running a 3 GHz dual core processor (Pentuim D), 4 gig or RAM, 1 TB of HDD, 1GB Nvidia 9800GT and a SB X-Fi soundcard. I will add that my internet connection is dial-up, can't get high speed here.

This is really frustrating, it seems all game companies are going to be using STEAM to deliver and protect thier games. Which I don't have a problem with, except that I am setting here looking a the fact that I have spent money on a piece of software I can't get to run because STEAM won't let them be installed or activated properly. And as I mentioned above the support at STEAM seems non-existant.

This alone was stopped me from buying Elder Scrolls Skyrim (a series I have been playing since the first one way back years ago), the way I see it why should I pay for a game I can't use. Makes me wish I hadn't purchased Fallout: New Vegas.

Any recommendations on how to solve this issue would be helpful and recieved with open ears and mind.

You should contact Steam support and get help so you're able to log into your account.
