I started something here.

I NEVER am able to start something in lore, as I'm almost always proven wrong lol. I guess that the only way we'll know the truth is if we get a confirmation from MK or see it in the next game haha.

- Both killed their king for power. Only difference is Talos killed his in cold blood and Ulfric did his in a duel according to Nordic tradition.

He used the Thu'um during the duel, which is akin to using a flashbang in a sword fight.
And since he studied the Shouts with the Greybeards, didn't he already broke the promise of not using it to his advantage?

Not much of "honourable nord tradition" here.

Does anyone see some similarity between Talos and Ulfric Stormcloak? I mean, they have fought some VERY similar battles, they both went from semi-obscure people to legendary heroes. Both know how to use the Thu'um, both are Nords by birth, both become high powers, both lead a pretty large army, etc. What I'm saying, is: is it at all possible that Ulfric Stormcloak could be Talos in a human form, on Skyrim to punish the empire for stamping out his name in the worship? Let me know what you guys think.

Unless there's something I haven't seen that said otherwise, Greybeards aren't the only ones that can teach thu'um, and in fact rarely do because they only take on the most gifted, and have a strong non-violence stance. The Greybeards are exceptional in the strength of their thu'um, and they've always been small in number even when thu'um use was more prevalent. Angeir is actually an odd one in that he can talk to you without blowing [censored] up (which he pretty much says, when asked why the others don't say anything).

You guys have brilliant minds. I have been playing the Elder Scrolls games for YEARS and I STILL don't have as much knowledge as you guys.

I guess I was locked away playing Oblivion too long and not enough time to look into the lore haha

To be honest, I think the lore of the TES series is even more in-depth than JRR Tolkien's works in Middle Earth's lore haha.
