So.. i think the game glitched or something. I took allistairs deal and betrayed mccromly i think his name was? the ghoul in the underworld, i go back to allistar for my reward and end of quest, i get the reward [ 200 caps ] but no quest completed or achievement unlocked. :/ anyway to fix this?

You have to kill him I believe.

It should have completed the quest if you killed Mr. Crowley and Tenpenny gave you the reward.
