Does anyone have the original manual/box/disks for Daggerfall and/or Arena?

I'm curious about the EULAs (End User License Agreement) at Bethesda, and want to know what type of EULAs these old games had, or if they just had copyright statements instead

Morrowind and Oblivion, (and Skyrim) you can't even sell your copy of the game - is Daggerfall or Arena the same
