You'll find some in Oblivion. They dont attack you. No need to kill them. You'll meet one when you leave the sewers at the beginning of the game. Can use it for improving your sneaking skill

Rats attack but not Nutria. At least what I saw in Oblivion. Should be the same in Morrowind. Check and see

Check on Google. They eat plants and are more like Beavers than Rats. They don't attack human being but humans attack and kill them for their fur!!

No you are not missing cheese party as Nutrias do not eat cheese unlike rats. :hehe:

Nutria are herbivorous, but you really don't want to tick them off, they've got big teeth and can give you a nasty infection if they bite you.

Exactly! Like all animals. Even some cats or dogs would bite if you really tick them off. Better leave them in peace. That's why I always keep an eye on my dogs when there are children...

A good friend of mine who lives near me has two traps in his back yard and the morning before this he caught two and this morning he caught three. they were very young and small so we took them to a near by lake and set them loose (crime punishment Shivering Isles style). they will probably die because they have been separated from there mother, but a warrior must do these things to protect the foundation of his house from getting chewed to oblivion.
