As the topic title suggests, who is the biggest outlander? I decided to make this after some Imperial called my Dunmer an outlander like he wasn't one!

I think most Dunmer residents of Vvardenfell would choose the first option. while long-time non-Dunmer residents would no doubt chose the latter.

Vvardenfell was only recently opened up for colonization, which means there are few non-Dunmer who were born there, unless they were part of an outsider group (slaves, mercenaries, merchants, et cetera). While many non-Dunmer have becomes comfortably situated on the island, they're probably still considered outsiders by most of the dunmer.

Native Dunmer would say that both are equally unwanted and equally foreign.

In-game dialogue states that most Dunmer thinks that outlander Dunmer are far worse than outlanders of other races, but the fact that Dunmer have racial disposition bonuses with other Dunmer regardless of origin makes me think that the native Dunmer are actually just tsundere for them.

I heard that Dunmer hate their own the most if they are not born in Morrowind. They look at them like "pff, you're not one of us. You're an outsider trying to pretend to be one of us because you're of the same race. But that doesn't make it right. You were born in %Province so go back where you came from, s'wit."
