Illusion and hand to hand?

Post » Tue Nov 29, 2011 2:35 am

I thought of an interesting and maybe fun build. I was thinking of making a character that uses illusion and hand to hand as the main attack. And unarmored as the defense. I don't remember if it's destruction or restoration that drains fatigue to further knock the person down. And or conjuration. Any body have anything else to add? How does sneak work in Morrowind? I know and love it in oblivion. But my laptop can play Morrowind basically flawlessly. Not so much oblivion.

Well, most diseased creatures, undead and ash monsters have huge amount of fatigue, so you can't KO them. Also, spirits and ghost and such won't be harmed by your blows. You should use mysticism for absorb spells, or destruction for damage fatigue/health. Don't expect to be a god early on, but if you like a challenge and have the patience, you could do it.

Actually, H2H does work on undead since it's not a "normal weapon".

I like that build with Illusion, H2H and Unarmored. Can get pretty powerful later on and it sounds fun so go for it. If you have MCP (I think) then you start dealing deadly blows when the target′s fatigue is down. Thanks to that, my character can handle himself pretty well without weapons :toughninja:

There's also this mod:

Helps without overdoing it IMHO. The only thing about the MCP and the Aragon mod is that they also beef up werewolves so beware.

if you paralyze your opponent, you damage there health instead of fatigue. So sneak up, paralyze and hit for critical damage. You also should be using MCP not only for general bug fixes, but also the strength base H2H feature.
