I think it's either due to the new mods I installed, either mercenaries by magius or the slave recruit mod...

whats happening is

problem Im having during the initialising of my save game is:

expression error cannot find "cdc companion teleport spell" in script

(Wasn't able to take a screenshot)

also it crashes when i try to continue...please help asap!

I have tried to comment on the mods page on planetelderscrolls but Im unsure how often magius logs on and checks his mod comments

Did you remove any mods recently? Some of those errors look like what might happen if you were playing a save where you had some mods loaded, then unchecked them later, or if you were missing a mod another mod depended on. You might do well to try loading them back in, if you did, and see if that lets you start the game. Otherwise, it might be a good time to get Wrye Mash, if you don't already have it, and try cleaning your saves. Finally, I've found occasionally with that specific crashing on initiation problem (but a different list of errors), it sometimes only requires shutting down the game completely and rebooting your computer. I'm not sure why, but it seems every now and again, some little piece of data gets corrupted when I have saved, exited, and reloaded multiple times in a row, and closing the computer down dumps whatever isn't working in memory. Finally, you might try loading up another save if you have one. (And if you don't, now is the time to start keeping a few "backup saves", just to test errors like this out). If it happens on all the saves, it's probably something with your mods. If it only happens on one, it's probably something corrupted in the save.

Nope, I haven't removed any mods recently, only added them....
the first bunch seem to be referring to Lost Artifacts of Tamriel (La)
Then a whole lot from Morrowind Comes Alive (MCA)
Then Fliggs Slave mod
A few patches that came with a mod

and then finally

Expression Error Unable to find object "cdc_companion_teleport_spell" in script cdc_teleport_monitor_script.

which Im not sure about and seems to be the main problem...

Oh and I have an update2date Morrowind script extender and have cleaned all active mods with wrye...

I've fixed up alot of patches for mods I didn't have installed and don't want so now the warnings txt looks like this:

It is not clear from what you wrote, but it sounds as if you have been using Fligg's Slave Mod before these errors occurred and then added some new mods. Does one on the mods you added recently alter the official slave script? Fliggerty's mod amends the official script with 'warp' technology and probably adds companion share. If another mod that makes changes to this official script loads after Fliggerty's then any variables he declared would be lost. The script on any slaves the player had previously encountered would generate the error message that you have seen (that may be why there are multiple instances of it). If that is the case, it is a mod conflict that must be resolved. Pick one or the other, or create a patch to use the two mods together. If you settle on the new mod, you will need to clean your save of the changes created by Fliggerty's mod.

The 'empty' dialogue topics referencing Lost Artifacts of Tamriel may be construction set artifacts that may disappear after your first save. The missing scripts are more serious. Again they may be the result of a mod conflict if you have recently added a new mod that makes changes to the same official items (I am making some assumptions about what Lost Artifiacts does since I am not familiar with the mod). The simple fix would be to remove the mod and clean your save. If there is no mod conflict, you might be able to add it after you fix your game.

I have no thoughts about the last warning - I do not know to what mod it refers. A list your mods (in load order) would be helpful.

Also it appears that the bottom half (Im guessing Telvanni) of Tamriel Rebuilt isn't loading according to my map

Mash, Saves tab, select your savegame, right click the right column over File header, copy list, paste the mod list here

I'm a little confused. Does this mean that you have the same initializing problem, but no longer have the same errors that you had before? None of the errors in your last error list look like they should be causing a save to crash on loading, except for possibly the "unable to find region" errors. Unless, of course, your character was in one of those regions when you saved; that might explain the crash.

Did you ever try loading a previous save? Do you get the same errors, if you do? Is the character in a different place, and if so, does it still crash?

Also a mod I'm using to add schedules (sleep, travel) and locked doors at night fails to effect the ALchemist I need to steal the Alchemical Formulas from for the Hlaalu quest, Her door locks but she doesn't sleep,
can someone lead me to a fix or tell me how I can add sleep to her schedule through editing the mod in construction set? It's just that all my recent saves are made in Vivec's Foriegn Quarter and I'd like to do the quest the stealthy way. (But I just remembered I have a disguise mod so maybe I'll be able to do it with a closed helm)

if that's all (delete warnings.txt before playing and see recreated warnings.txt), you should be now fine, these are fairly common warnings (first 3 from better clothes/bodies, the other standard from Morrowind engine).
You could try reset your map from Mash saves tab\recreate map and see what happens.
There is no scheduling for the alchemist, probably to avoid spoiling a quest. I would try telekinesis/chameleon

there's something Mash does not digest in that mod. I'd try replacing the Poorly Placed Object Fix.esm with a updated version if it is not a renamed Poorly Placed Object Fix 1.2.esm, e.g.
1. install http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=9197 to Data Files folder
2. from Mash mods tab, click old Poorly Placed Object Fix.esm, select and copy the file timestamp in the right column
3. click Poorly Placed Object Fix 1.2.esm , paste the file timestamp in the right column, save, now updated mod should have has same timestamp=load position, old and new mod should have red background.
4. right click the new (Poorly Placed Object Fix 1.2.esm) mod, updaters, add old mod ( Poorly Placed Object Fix.esm). It may say updaters are not needed
6. go to saves tab, select your save, file, duplicate, call it test
7, select test save, right click in the right column the Poorly Placed Object Fix.esm, change to Poorly Placed Object Fix 1.2.esm), save
8. select test save, right click, update map, see what happens.
if it works in game with the updated mod, you can hide the old mod

So I ended up just disabling the old fix, enabling the new one and update my saves master files, only the new replacement mod has a green tickbox in the master list, the rest of the masters is blue

Or is it your Mash error(s)? For that I'm less sure, you can try right clicking on the problem mod and choosing "Repair refs" but it looks to me that the data in the mod's got screwed up somehow. Maybe try re-downloading or opening and saving it in Enchanted Editor / MWEdit as I don't think you can open and save an ESM in the Construction Set.

And I'll just throw my generic how to us Mash thing here for info:
Firstly, initial cleaning of your installed mods:
(1) On the Mods tab all mods should have a green checkbox.
(2) If any mods have a yellow checkbox, select them and then look for the
Save button in the bottom right. Click that and the mod file will be
updated and the error removed. The error just means that the mod was
created with an earlier version of Morrowind to the one you're using.
Saving in Mash will update this version info.
(3) If you have any mods with red checkboxes then you do not have a ESM
file needed by that mod loaded. Check the mod's readme.
Secondly, cleaning your savegames:
(4) Onto the Saves tab, select the savegame you want to fix.
(5) When the savegame is selected the list in the bottom right will be
populated with the mods currently associated with the savegame.
(6) Right click the column headers ("File" and "Num") and choose Sync to
Load List (this will change the mods associated with the savegame to
match those currently selected on the Mods tab).
(7) Click Save
(8) Right click the savegame and choose Repair All.
(8a) Optionally, right click the savegame and choose Remove > Debris Cells.
(9) The checkbox for the save should now be purple.

I did everything you said and I was able to do step 8 (Right click the savegame and choose Repair All.) AFTER I did step 8a (Optionally, right click the savegame and choose Remove > Debris Cells)

I know Tamriel Rebuilt isn't finished, but is the map supposed to look like that with BOTH maps installed?

You mean how the mainland just ends rather abruptly? In which case, yes, TR have only released 2 (of, currently planned, 6) maps and until everything's done we'll have those sharp edges. If you mean the straight, dotted line you've got then I really dunno. Hopefully that'll disappear if you visit the actual cells in game.
