Lol, only KVolt issues are slow reaction to sprint and aim afterwards, but the gun is peerfect.

My perks for it are:

Nano Recharge III
Visor Enhance III/Covers Ops III (the sesond on maps with gunship available, but visor on dark maps)
Weapon Pro III

Go, try it - it's realy neat gun. But to use it good you need aim not directly to enemy, but to point before him e.g just like in real life
