Stuck behind my bed in Megaton (my house)

I just purchased a Vault Theme for my house in Megaton. 2 min later I get stuck behind my bed. 20 min later, reloading, killing myself, etc...I'm still there. What the heck?i

Load the autosave and don't jump back there again. :lol:
