Cfx support is very poor

Post » Tue Nov 29, 2011 7:08 am

Im having problems with my cfx setup:
i5 2500k
2x sapphirre 6950 dirt 3
8 gigs ddr3
cat 11.11 9.11 cap4
Thru radeonpro its showing gpu usage around 50 percent and im getting frames around 30-50 which i believe is very poor Im really regretting buying this game now, it feels like another game made to run poorly on amd gpus. Ive been skimmin through this forum and tried using the bioshock.exe crossfire profile in rpro but nothing seems to get my gpus to max out. ??

Have you tried changing all graphics settings down to to "high" when in game, then changing back to ultra? I seem to remember that working for me. But I don't have 2 cards anymore, so can't say if it still works. Though they'd have got it sorted out by now.

i've actually tried everything, even used radeonpro to get it to scale, it does scale sometimes in campaign with dx11 and works fine but in multiplayer scaling never works. its why i gave up on this game, n signed on to post this answer for u too

Based on what you said, I'd be regretting buying AMD cards.
