Anyone else noticed this? I had no idea you could fight Dragons within cities, what with them being separate cells and all - but I just left Blue Palace in Solitude to find a Dragon swooping down to attack - after it was dead all the townsfolk crowded around commenting on it, really cool sight to see.

Yes, I've noticed this.
So far, I've fought 3 dragons in Riverwood. (Yes, 3 in this small town)
In Solitude, a dead dragon spawned in my face. Free soul.
I was surprised though that the townspeople crowded around it and talked about it.

Freaking sweet stories i didnt think it was possible, kept wondering what the whiterun guards kept worrying for, hmmm my home is no longer safe.

Had one blood dragon kill most people at the lumbermill in Riverwood...

Other than that only one near Markarth I think...

(Obviously others outside of cities).

Awww I haven't had any dragons attack me inside city cells yet...

One more thing to look forward to! .

The most I've had is a blood dragon in Riverwood, and a regular dragon in Solitude, which randomly spawned when I walked out and took out about 5 guards, it's nice to see all the people comment on it and stand around it.

I've seen two blood dragons attack at Riverwood, and a frost dragon attack windhelm. There's been a couple of settlements / camps where I've seen a dragon or two attack before too.
