Is there a way to pay for enchantments from an NPC, rather than level up enchanting on my own?
I ask because potions can be bought, but enchanting so far seems like it cant be done unless you do it yourself.

So wouldn't that make enchanting a better choice 90% of the time compared to alchemy? Since you can't get enchantments done unless you do it yourself?
