Yes, a lame lore-related thread. Story svcks!

So anyhow I have been playing the game since release rather regularly and gone between a few quest-lines and playstyles, etc, but there have been a few lore nuances that I have been wondering about, and maybe looking for some discussion on these sorts of things. I do not think this will be particularly spoilery, but I guess for people who are 100% devoted to avoiding any hint at the going-ons (Why would you be on the forum then?) I'll just say 'might' be some background spoilers.



Anyhow, my first wondering is about the Thalmor. How do you guys generally feel about this faction, other than how the Stormcloaks feel about them? The Stormcloaks and general Skyrim citizenry make their opinions quite clear, but I am curious as to how say, Altmer players feel about them. Perhaps more interestingly, how do you guys think Dunmer feel about Thalmor? How do Dunmer role-players feel about the Thalmor?

On the note of Dunmer, how do you guys feel about the developments regarding Vvardenfell and Morrowind? Where do you think the race is headed?

I feel like I had more discussion topics prepared, but now that I've gone and put it down I forget. So I'll probably throw a few more questions as they come to me.
