Here to ask if anyone was a bit disappointed with the sword?
After reading the book and learning about the sword i was pretty exited about it but after i found the tomb and got the sword i realized it was just a crappy ancient rusty sword. :[

There is a spoiler section you know.

It's not too bad once it's upgraded after fighting the boss, but it's amount of charge is very low. A lesser soul gem will fill it completely, but you only get around 20 or so hits before the turn undead and fire wears off.

But it was a nice undead fighting weapon for a little while.

If your looking for the absolute *BEST* Undead-fighting weapon, get the sword "Dawnbreaker" from the Daedric Shrine, it's simply amazing.
