the license transfer I need

so what the direct link on microsoft.com for the licence transfer so i can find it once y console is connected to the internet


(I need the licence transfer so i can play the GOTY content )

It got buggered up because my consoel is a 360 Arcade so it didnt come with a hardrive but 3 months later my friend bought him self a new hardrive and gave me the old one he was useing and thats what screwed my licence up...

also will the latest console update allow me to play MORROWIND GOTY for the original x-box on my console ?? if not is it still possible to get the update for it ??? (Morrowind GOTY was awesome but then my x-box original died )
