I thought the idea of tavern brawls was H2H...i went into a bar and swung at someone and they all started fighting with weapons, guards came etc...
How do you start an actual tavern brawl?

Closest i've come is to walking into a bar and talking to NPC's. 1 challenged me to a fistfight, the other attacked me with his weapons.

haha u can't just attack someone

talk to them and if they fight u can choose that option

I tried the exact same thing after hearing about them XD

There's one person in each bar that will challenge you to a brawl. You can't just go in punching people.
