Don't do it. Vampires in Skyrim are even more annoying than vampires in Cyrodiil.

vampirism gives you enhanced sneak ability a spell that lets you drain health from enemies and a nighteye spell. During the day you have 25 less hp and being in the sun stops your health stamina and magicka from regenerating on its own

Fight vamps, you'll get the disease quick enough.
Just stand there and let them hit you until you get it, unless you have some kind of resist disease.
