I was just exploring when a frost dragon attacked me, i dismount my horse only to have it attack the dragon whenever it lands, i finaly cripple the dragon so it cannot fly, my horse runs straight in front of the dragon and gets frosted to death, i miss my horse

anybody else suffered a loss from a dragon attack?

One killed Lydia once, but I didn't have the heart to continue without her. I reloaded and made sure to keep her safe during the fight.

I fast-travelled to a Stormcloak camp west of Solitude and went northwest to do some quests, on my way back I got a random Blood Dragon after me that suddenly decided to go and attack my horse that was at the camp. Luckily the Stormcloak helped me kill the dragon before my horse died.

Also had issues with bandits ignoring me and going after my horse. I ran away from a mage bandit back towards Whiterun to get help from some guards. I jumped onto some rocks and onto the ramp leading to the Whiterun entrance, the bandit mage proceeded to attack my horse, which I left at the Whiterun Stables.
