Hey,

Well, I found this on StumbleUpon, and immediately saw the connection with the New Vegas citizens which live in the sewers.. Very sad stuff, I'd go as far to say these communities are exactly where the devs got the idea. http://planetoddity.com/people-living-in-flood-tunnel-under-las-vegas/

Maybe but in Gallout NV it isnt really like that.
Yes there is the drugs but also the world is really a mess everywhere in the fallout series.

There are real homeless colonies in New York and Los Angeles that live in storm drains and sewers. Any major city with large tunnels or easy access to underground steam lines actually make for better bum life than on the surface in winter time.
