Hello everyone, I'm assuming everyone is enjoying their copy of Skyrim and I wish you all the fun. I won't be able to play it until tomorrow(yes, my days feel pretty bleak and pointless right now) and so I would prefer not to hear any spoilers at all. I do have two questions, though;

1. I've been studying the TES history and lore for a couple of hours, and although I am of the understanding that TES 5 is exactly 200 years after TES 4, I wonder where this exactly is in the TES timeline. Like what era?

2. I've been looking forward to play as a Bosmer for a long time and I wondered; how are Bosmer's looked at in Skyrim and how do they look at Skyrim and their natives, the Nords?

it takes place in the 4th era. 200 years after the oblivion crisis in 3E 433.

I haven't played a bosmer yet, so I wouldn't know.

We are 201 yrs into the 4th Era. The Emperor dying and Oblivion Gates opening happens at the end of the 3rd Era.

Thank you both for your answers, it makes sense to me now. Does anyone know how Bosmeri are opposed to Nords and Skyrim?
