(no matter how I could of said this it was gonna sound wrong and I believe the devs made the cow glitch on top of the bobble on purpose just so someone out there could say this )

I didn't have any trouble getting the endurance bobble, perhaps the brahmin was knocked around a bit by an explosive?

I didnt use any explosives except for at teh otehr end where the otehr cow corpse was I thought the bobble was under it I ended up usueing jack on it as well

I was just there last night. And the bobblehead was just next to the Brahmin. I didn't have to move the Brahmin to get to it.

As mentioned above, something might have moved it for you, maybe during the fight with the Deathclaw.

do you know how to drag objects? some objects like dead bodies can be dragged around. don't know if that will work for you as i never had that problem there.

cows are too heavy to be dragged (much)

thing liek supermutants and brahmin just refuse to be dragged most i can do to them is flail there arms and legs about
