skyrim cant load/unreadable disk?

My first day playing skyrim was a blast, killing wolfs and being in awe of graphics and such. Next day later i turn on my xbox 360 and try to play skyrim, it has an unreadable disk pop up come up and cant load any time i try. The disk is in mint condition and gets a unreadable disk pop up, i did the clear cache and still nothing worked. Sometimes if i don't go on XBL the game works till the menu, then i sign in and none of the audio for any characters works. In some cases i do get a pocket of progress as the game loads, then right before the menu successfully loads a green screen comes on and that's how i know the audio doesn't work. Its really hard to enjoy the game when it either cant load or you cant hear any quests that are givin to you. does anyone else ever have this problem?

Well, all I know is that's a problem and all you have to do is go to Gamestop(or wherever else you bought it) and get a new one. OR your 360 might have a problem with the disc drive. OR it's the same problem as the one with MW3 on the 360 too where it's unreadable. WHO KNOWS

Your xbox is dying....

Same symptoms I had before it finally quit for good.

Sent it in, got a refurb back, and less than a year the same thing....I now only play on PS3.

Edit: I'm not saying this because I'm a sony really devoted fan, just my experience with the xbox had me nervous to buy any games for it once it started acting up again. Some games would work fine, others, brand new, right out of the box, unreadable..
