I just can't decide for my DW Nord Warrior. I like the idea of light especially with the perk that increases the speed of your stamina regen. but from what I've seen the heavy armour sets look better (excluding thief/assassin sets, which do look nice but don't suit the play style I'm going for).

Anyone?

I went Heavy on my DW Mace character. So far I'm at 550ish armor and after I enchant it to resist the elements I'll be unstoppable.

I'm going Light myself. Yesterday I learned the value of mobility when I handily danced all over the place dodging Forsworn arrows while I hacked and Destruct'd them to pieces.

And since you're starting with a Nord, you get a +5 to Light armor right off the bat.

They're basically the same; perks are what makes it different. See what unique abilities each has and go from there.
