There is a machine located in Jury Street Metro that will convert Mole Rat Meat into Wonder Mole Rat Meat. You need Meat and Wonder Glue.

It will increase the value of the meat from 4 caps to 20 caps each and will give you more Health than the regular meat. I dont rmember how much more but it is significant.
