So i've been trying to buy a more decent house than the one in Whiterun for a while now and the jarl of Windhelm allowed me to buy a house in his city for everything i've done for him (i currently even finished the stormcloak quest line). The problem however is when i go talk to the stuart the option to buy a house is there but he won't allow me to buy it yet because of the recent murders that have been happening around town. So i began investigating about the murders and managed to find one or two persons who had an option to talk about it, but they didn't have any useful information at all. I've read around some other forums where people told me that a certain woman needs to die in the cemetary (she lives in the candleheart ba... bla bla wicked or something).

Well that's as far as i've gotten i'm afraid, for some reason that woman won't get murdered by the butcher. I really want that house ... any tips?
