ok this is kinda stupid but i let roy in errrr "peacefully" and he went and killed everyone. i think their bodies are at the basemant so i wanna get in there so i can loot tenpenny tower and get that awesome clothes tenpenny wears...how do i get in?

The bodies are in the storage room. It's behind a door in the Tenpenny Tower lobby to your left when you enter from outside. It's easily overlooked. Unfortunately, the bodies were looted long before you get to them so Tenpenny's suit is gone. If you want to loot everything, it's best to do the quest by unleashing the feral ghouls on the tower and going in with them, looting everything along the way.
