In winterhold a dragon attacked (random i assume, didn't appear to be a plot thing)
while fighting it i am approached by a random NPC who demands i hold on to something for him before leaving.
dragons don't faze some people i guess?

then, while fighting the dragon, i use one of my shouts. it kills a random chicken. the guard immediately attack me, ignoring the dragon, over a 40 gold fine for chicken slaughter.
really Bethesda?

The AI is so improved the guard knew you killed that chicken even amidst the dragon attack confusion!
