Ok i done the skooma trade quests for the jarl and i done enough favors then i bought Honeyside but my new housecarl showed up and quest log said go back and talk to jarl i tried but she doesnt have any new dialoque options, i bought all decorations but still nothing WTF

and also the mannequins in basemant that you can put armor on just dissapear when i put armor on it

just me then

i guess ill try to reload back before i bought the house
