Ok,

So i get into Meresti and no one even mentions Ian West. I have talked to everyone, I have the quest, but there are no dialogue options related to Ian West. I can't get into his cell because I need the key. I am supposed to get the key from Vance, but he doesn't have a dialogue tree related to Ian West. It's as if Ian West does not exist. Every single character in the area is missing dialogue tree regarding Ian West...

Has anyone else had this problem? I went to Arefu...did the whole quest tree there and Evan King sent me to find the family. I still have Lucy's letter. Not sure if I missed something...

It makes me sad that no one can help me or has heard of this happening..

I've never had that issue myself - sounds like a bad glitch, unfortunately.

Have you tried reloading a save previous to entering Meresti to see if that fixes it?
