So many games these days make you sit through a parade of developer and publisher names and little graphic flourishes before you can even start/load your game. Not Skyrim! Go directly to the start/load option and start your game ASAP. Thank you so much for this. Really I say a little word of thanks every time I start the game so quickly.

It's probably because Bethesda realized that most people disable those introduction videos anyway.

You still see their logo, but that's it.

Bethesda Logo, Imperial Seal, Main Menu. In all of 4-5 seconds. Lovely
