Ok Im at the quest where i need to meet him at the red flaggon, but he just wont go there, i waited like 2 days i went there about 5 times for nothing, he keeps staying (stuck?) at that market.
So I tried to make him walk by hiting him once and now hes chasing me. I tried entering other places in hope of him forgetting about the incident and also tried to beat him to death (he stands up again and keeps attacking).
So how do i make him stop attacking me and how do i solve the problem with him not going to the red flaggon?

I personally ended up beating some other poor sap up for the information because my Warrior character didn't want to do the thiefly route for information.

To get him to yield, try taking a weapon out and then putting it away. If not, better load a previous save.

i tryed to put away my weapon but he keeps stabbing me, also want to do that quest in order to sell my stolen items but that quest seems to be buggy since he wont go to the red flaggon

Bump... still didnt find a way to finish the quest.

Using beastform and walking to him makes him run to his destination, but doing this, couses my game to crash

Did you help him with stealing something in the market? I think he wants you to steal a ring. You can fail to do so and talk to him. (It sounds like you are past this part but it is the only thing i could think of, sorry )

are there any console commands to move him?
i cant use player.placeatme with his ID (probably couse hes essential) and killing and ressurecting doesnt work
